Research and Review Platform

Understand what you take. Choose with more confidence.

You're about to spend money on something that goes in your body. You deserve to know what the research actually says before you do — not what the label wants you to believe.

Independent guidance. Clear evidence. No miracle claims.

We don't sell supplements, so we have no reason to tell you a product works better than it does.

Every claim here is labeled by evidence strength — because "may support healthy testosterone" and "clinically proven to raise testosterone" are not the same claim, even printed the same size on a label.

We research the ingredient the same way no matter which brand is selling it. The chemistry doesn't change based on the marketing budget behind it.

The ingredient library

Twenty of the most common ingredients in men's performance and testosterone products — what they are, what's been studied, and what hasn't.

Picture the back of a supplement bottle: eleven ingredients, most in a "proprietary blend," no individual doses listed. That's not an accident — it's a formulation choice that makes the label impossible to evaluate.

We start from the other direction. Before we look at a single product, we look at what's actually in it — dose by dose, ingredient by ingredient — against what the clinical research on that ingredient actually shows. Then, when you read a product review, you'll already know what to look for.

How we evaluate

Six-part evaluation framework: research, dosing, targeting, transparency, safety, verification

Every ingredient and product on this site is checked against the same six criteria: what the research actually shows, whether doses match the studies, who the formula is realistically suited for, how transparent the label is, what the safety profile looks like, and whether claims can be independently verified.

Men's Health & Ageing

Supplementation changes after 40. So should your research.

The multivitamin that worked fine at 28 isn't necessarily the right one at 45. Nutrient absorption changes. Hormone baselines shift. The formulation that made sense a decade ago might now be solving a problem you don't have, or missing one you do.
